Countertops & hardware

Countertops and one-of-a-kind materials

Cabinet hardware comes from Emtek, Top Knobs and Hardware Resources. For countertops we can source any brand you choose, and much of our countertop work uses Arizona Tile and MSI along with natural quartzite and marble.

When a project calls for something rarer, we find it. The slab in this photo is blue agate: polished slices of agate geodes bonded into a single panel. It was sold to one of our customers and is waiting to be installed. If you have a material in mind that you haven't seen in a showroom, tell us about it.

Planning your project

How It Works

  1. What we do

Custom cabinet design, material supply and installation, plus the flooring, tile and trim around them. We can source unique materials and review custom requests for your kitchen.

  2. What to send us

Your project city, kitchen photos, approximate measurements and any layout or plans. Include appliance dimensions, cabinet or finish ideas, and your preferred timing.

  3. Before you book

We review measurements, material choices and the installation scope with you, and your proposal states what is included. Model Home, Inc. is a licensed general contractor, CSLB #927826 (B - General Building), licensed since 2009.

See cabinets we have installed in a kitchen remodel in Oceanside and a kitchen cabinet refresh in Carlsbad. Compare semi-custom cabinets and RTA cabinets, pair your cabinets with hardwood flooring, or plan a full kitchen remodel or whole-home remodel.
