Model Home, Inc. is a licensed general contractor, CSLB #927826 (B - General Building), led by owner Dustin Roller and licensed since 2009. From our showroom in San Marcos we plan and build whole-home remodels, additions, ADUs and kitchen remodels, and we supply and install flooring (including carpet), kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom tile, vanities, faucets, doors and moulding.
