Kitchen Remodel & Home Bar in Ivy Ranch, Oceanside

Model Home, Inc., a licensed general contractor since 2009 (CSLB #927826), remodeled the kitchen, built a home bar and reworked the living room fireplace in this Ivy Ranch home in Oceanside.

The old kitchen had dark wood cabinets, a glass mosaic backsplash and a granite island. The new one is built around natural wood cabinetry and white veined countertops, with the range set under an arched hood lined in patterned tile. The design leans into the home's Spanish style: warm wood, soft stone and brass, with arches that repeat from the range wall to the bar niche.

The cabinets, countertops, tile and fixtures were sourced by Model Home, in-house and through our San Marcos showroom. One thing stayed: the stone-look tile floor. You can see the same diagonal pattern in the before and after photos.
